Ville Heijari
Ville Heijari, General Manager of Europe, PlayHaven (Former SVP at Rovio)

Ville Heijari is the General Manager of Europe at PlayHaven, the business engine for mobile games. Heijari oversees PlayHaven’s international growth in Europe with local mobile developers. Ville has more than 12 years of experience in the mobile industry. Prior to PlayHaven, Ville was SVP Marketing and member of the management team at Rovio, where he led the creation of a global marketing and brand platform, while the company went through a rapid growth period with the Angry Birds franchise. Before Rovio, Ville held several positions in international companies, working with marketing, user experience and mobile applications and devices within the Finnish mobile industry.
   
Jerome Grateau
Jérôme Grateau, Managing Director, Partner Business Solutions, SEEMEA, Google

Jérôme Grateau, as Managing Director, Partner Business Solutions SEEMEA, is in charge of the strategic partnerships for Google monetization and Adserving solutions in Southern and Eastern Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Jérôme Grateau joined Google in 2007 in London to develop cross Europe a Reseller based distribution channel for Adwords targeting SMEs, and then he moved to Paris to lead the DoubleClick Operations for SEEMEA. Before he was Sales Director at AOL France and he spent some years serving Telco’s and Media Groups C-suite within McKinsey. Jérôme holds a MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs and a MSc from Telecom Paris Tech.
   
Eric Reiss

Eric Reiss, CEO, FatDUX Group (Will deliver the Usable Usability Workshop Dec.19)

Eric Reiss is the author three books, including the recently published Usable Usability. Eric has been meddling with service and product-design projects for longer than he cares to remember. Today, he is CEO of The FatDUX Group, an international user-experience design company headquartered in Copenhagen. Eric has also lectured on design principles at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, is a former Professor of Usability and Design at the IE Business School in Madrid, and serves on advisory boards of several institutes in both Europe and the US. His Web Dogma, a design philosophy that transcends both fashion and technology, has been adopted by 1000s of developers and companies around the world.

Orkun Saitoglu is a Developer Evangelist in EMEA for PayPal. He helps developers to monetize their idea. He is mentoring several startup incubator/accelerators startups. He previously led the presales and integration team for PayPal in Central Europe and Middle East markets, working with large merchants, banks and partners for PayPal solutions integration. After his computing studies he worked for 3 years as a webmaster where he became familiar with web development and best practices for ecommerce by taking the responsibility of a payment site and product webservice.
   
Ran Haklai
Ran Haklai, General Manager, uTest Israel

Ran Haklai is the General Manager of uTest Israel. Formerly a high-school teacher for 5 years, Ran made a career switch to high-tech only at his early 30’s. Prior to uTest, Ran served as the head of the automotive division at Enigma, where he met Doron Reuveni, who later on co-founded uTest. After 8 years at Enigma, Ran founded a technology consulting company that provided services to the world leading auto-manufacturers. Soon after uTest launch, at Q4 2008, Ran was asked by Doron, now uTest CEO, to establish uTest Israel. Since then, uTest Israel has continuously evolved and established an intensive working relationship with the local startups and software companies eco-system.
   
Jesse Sutton
Jesse Sutton, Co-Founder and CEO, Majesco Entertainment

Jesse Sutton has a quarter century of experience in the video game industry across all platforms and genres. Besides publishing hundreds of games, he has introduced new hardware and game peripherals. Jesse is a co-founder of Majesco Entertainment a NASDAQ traded public company and has been CEO since 2007. The titles and products Jesse has been involved in have ranged from licensing deals of existing titles for cross platform adoption, in house title product development to hybrids where Jesse and his team work with entrepreneurs or artists with vary stages of a concept, product or vision developed.
   
Yahal Zilka

Yahal co-founded and has been a Managing Partner at Magma since 1999. Yahal brings the Fund strong hands-on management experience with all lifecycle stages of communications ventures, as well as extensive knowledge in the areas of IP-based technologies and markets. Considered as first employee behind the MobileAppTracking product, he has contributed to the successes of becoming the standard of attribution analytics by building key client relationships and strategic mobile partnerships world-wide. Micah's story starts with a strong background in enterprise level SaaS sales, hyperlocal display advertising, performance marketing, and mobile marketing analytics. Today he is focused on identifying strategic initiatives while scaling business development and customer success teams in the US, Europe, and Asia. Micah also acts as an advisor for early stage mobile focused start-ups.
   
Kaya Taner
Kaya Taner, CEO & Co-Founder, AppLift

Before his current focus on the mobile space, Kaya gathered ample experience in the start-up environment where among other engagements he was as “Head of Publisher Relations” at HitFox responsible for building relationships with online game publishers. Kaya holds an International Master's in Management degree from ESCP Europe, where he completed his Master's thesis best of class and was awarded the Prix Vital Roux, the school's yearly prize for best research. He also studied for a Master's degree in Latin American studies with focus on economics at Sorbonne University, where he graduated best of class.
   
Iky Sandorffy
Iky Sandorffy, Strategic Partner Lead, Google Publisher Solutions

Iky currently holds the title of  Strategic Partner Lead for Google Publisher Solutions. In this capacity he has been helping Partners for nearly 5 years to monetize their content across multiple platforms with a primary focus on mobile and desktop software. Prior to joining Google in 2009, Iky was developing and executing monetization strategies with start ups in multiple verticals and product areas.  Between 2007-2009 he oversaw the partner content operations at Metacafe, and having worked for a number of online ad networks, he has a long standing background in digital advertising. Iky holds a bachelor's degree in molecular biology from the Bar Ilan University. 
   
Scott Lyons
Scott Lyons, European Market Development, Connected Services, Ford

Scott is currently leading the SYNC AppLink European Business Development initiative within the Connected Services Organisation at Ford.  Based in Berlin he is responsible for evangelizing and initiating partnerships with app developers to ensure their experiences are enabled to work through SYNC AppLink.  He joined Ford in Feb 2013 from Motorola Mobility where he was Director of International Market Development and led a global team responsible for external developer engagement and business development within the MOTODEV developer organisation.  Previous to that Scott had stints at WPP interactive agency Digit London as Commercial Director leading the award winning Vodafone and Motorola accounts.
   
Guy Horowitz, Head of Israel, Corporate BD, Deutsche Telekom AG

Guy Horowitz heads the Business Development and Venturing (GDV) activities of Deutsche Telekom in Israel. Since 1998 Guy has been engaged in developing and promoting innovative technologies in the mobile space, in startups and in the corporate world as well as in venture capital. With roles spanning from product management to marketing, strategy and business development, Guy has been involved in getting Israeli mobile technology into the hands of millions of consumers worldwide.

 
Jens Bader
Jens Bader, CCO, paysafecard group

Jens has more than 13 years of experience in the Online and Mobile Payments industry. At Paysafecard he leads the global Partner-Management Team that oversees and manages all commercial merchant relationships. Before joining paysafecard in 2010, Jens was holding various roles in the payments industry with blue-chip financial institutions as well as payment start-ups. Jens holds a degree in International Business Management.

 
Anna Zap
Anna Zapesochini, Analytical Lead, Google

Anna Zapesochini is an Analytical Lead at Google Israel. Anna works closely with Israel’s leading start-up companies on developing their online marketing strategy across devices and platforms. Based on her expertise in mobile app promotion, Anna empowers app developers and helps them leverage paid advertising in order to grow their business. Prior to joining Google in 2011, Anna was assistant to CEO at Makhteshim Agan. She holds a BA in economics and an MA in financial economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

 
Dan Greenberg
 Dan Greenberg, Chief Design Officer, ironSource

Dan Greenberg is the Chief Design Officer at ironSource, where he leads design-driven interactive initiatives from the core, in order to challenge the current state of online design and products.  He leads the in-house studio that designed, among other projects, the kudosKit mobile app appreciation SDK, the first native ad exchange platform - C.A.S.T, and the popular good weather iOS app along with a number of other desktop & mobile apps. Dan earned his B.Des in Visual Communication with honors from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.

 
Oren Kaniel
Oren Kaniel, CEO & Co-Founder, AppsFlyer

Oren is the CEO & co-founder of AppsFlyer. Oren founded AppsFlyer to solve one of the major problems in the mobile apps market – mobile campaign analytics and user attribution. Before founding AppsFlyer, he worked at Stage2 Ventures and held management and engineering positions at Veraz, Avaya and Intel. Oren holds a BA in Computer Science, Cum Laude, from the Technion, and an MBA from IDC, as part of an exchange with the Wharton Business School.

Almog Koren, CEO, Scoreoid

Almog is the CEO and co-founder for Scoreoid a real-time marketing platform that powers engagement and monetization. Almog is an interactive developer & designer with an Associates Degree in Interactive Media. Almog has created several successful interactive games for fortune 500 companies including Nokia and Bayer. Before Scoreoid Almog founded “Almog Design” an established interactive studio based in Tel Aviv, which provided development and design solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Rami Segal
Rami Segal, VP Product, Dragonplay

Rami oversees product development teams creating cross-platform social games, as well as the product strategy, roadmap and P&L. Rami spent more than 8 years in the mobile gambling business and joined Dragonplay in 2012. Prior to his current role he served as mobile platform manager at Playtech where he delivered mobile casino games to casino operators across Europe. Prior to that, Rami led the product delivery team in Spiral Solutions where he created mobile apps leveraging social features and monetization systems.

Yaron Avissar
Yaron Avissar, Monetization and User Acquisition Manager, TabTale

Yaron has been working in TabTale for 2 years and he manages the monetization and user acquisition of over 200 Apps across 3 different App Stores, As a part of his job he works with the top ad networks both as a publisher and as an advertiser. His goal is to optimise the earned eCPM on the one hand and the paid CPI/CPC on the other. Before working at TabTale Yaron worked in Netvision (an internet supplier company) as a marketing manager and in “City Mouse” newspaper, as a commercial manager responsible for the newspaper distribution and income.

Ben Jeger is SponsorPay’s Director of Mobile Advertiser Relations for the EMEA region. He has been with SponsorPay since 2011, and has helped the company win over several major advertising clients. He studied Management at the University of Manchester with a focus on European Business Management. Ben’s favorite mobile app is Google Now, and he'd choose Android over iOS.

David Fogel

David offers experience in various fields such as Venture Investing, Early stage startups, e-commerce and Telecom. Zactus, a social network for independent musicians, and now GrabIt, an innovative m-commerce solution. A mentor in the Microsoft Azure accelerator. Worked with app developers to build Go-to-Market plans and monetization strategies on the one hand, and have worked vis-à-vis mobile operators (Vodafone Group, Verizon, Telefonica Group, Turkcell). Background in Strategic consulting (Shaldor), and an MBA from INSEAD at France. 
   
Levi Shapiro, Partner, JIMMI Fund

Levi Shapiro is a Partner in the JIMMI (Japan-Israel Mobile, Media & IT) Fund, working with Japanese media and tech companies to invest in Israeli start-ups. Concurrently, Mr. Shapiro provides strategic advisory as a Partner at TMT Strategic Advisors. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Media Innovation Lab at IDC Herzliya and oversees the mentoring program for The Hive, a non-profit Accelerator for recent immigrants. In 2005, Ofir founded GamearraY, a Jerusalem based startup company known for its award winning user generated mobile gaming platform. In mid 2008 Ofir left GamearraY and became a consultant for Israel's leading mobile startups as well as to Oracle Israel Development Center.
